Hospitality and child play areas have been centrally located on the site, away from the site boundaries, to contain noise. Acoustic modelling shows no adverse noise impacts from hospitality and childcare.

Childcare is to operate weekdays, from 6.30am to 6.00pm. Hospitality will operate morning to evening, weekdays and weekends, to provide week round activation of the precinct.

A main precinct car park is located on Hill View Terrace, with supplemental car parking off the top of Baillie Avenue and informal parking around Edward Millen park. The precinct is supported by excellent public transport.
